Three new permanent artworks curated and delivered by Hive Curates and commissioned by Landsec are now part of Southwark's public realm. Forest Road Murals by Adriana Jaroslavsky, commissioned and produced by Hive Curates, form part of Pocket Living’s Forest Road development in Walthamstow, designed by Gort Scott, which won a RIBA London Regional Award 2026.

Hannah Whittaker joins Light Up Kilburn 2026 with Bioluminescent Garden, a co-created light installation shaped by community stories, craft, and UV glow. Developed through hands-on workshops and installed in Kilburn Grange Park during the free, family-friendly festival on 27 and 28 February, the work transforms handmade flowers into a softly luminous landscape. In the heart of Bankside, an area alive with creativity, history and reinvention, a new landmark is taking shape. Seedlinks, a trio of vibrant mosaic sculptures by artist Clare Burnett, will soon find their home at Timber Square, one of Europe’s most exciting net zero developments.

Commissioned by Hive Curates, in partnership with Landsec, Seedlinks will mark a new chapter in Bankside’s story; one that connects its industrial heritage to its sustainable, future-focused landscape.

Hive Curates is delighted to celebrate the continued success of Forest Road, the landmark Walthamstow development designed by Gort Scott for Pocket Living, with Hive Curates commissioning and producing two integrated murals by London-based Venezuelan artist Adriana Jaroslavsky.
