We provide affordable, flexible creative workspaces, supporting makers, designers and artists while fostering local culture. Working with developers and local authorities, we revitalise underused spaces through short and long-term leases, meanwhile activation, and community-focused programming. Our team of designers, architects, and curators work with clients to design hybrid, forward-thinking spaces, overseeing the FFE fit-out from design to delivery. We reduce the carbon footprint of meanwhile usage by delivering modular, sustainable studios that can be reutilised at future sites.

Hive Curates delivers creative engagement opportunities that empower communities to be part of shaping culture in their area. Through workshops, mentorship, co-design, and collaborative projects, we work across generations with community, youth groups, resident groups, schools, and local businesses.

Our events have included wellness classes, sustainable design programmes, co-designed public artworks, and artist heritage walks.
